The University of San Francisco (USF) The University of San Francisco tennis camp moves into its fourth season of operation. In 2005 and 2006, this camp was voted the "Top College Camp in San Francisco." Once again, this camp will offer a fun setting with experienced and professional coaching staff that will provide a detailed learning experience for interested and progressing tennis players. USF provides camps for all levels. USF is the last remaining men's college program and uniquely qualified to provide a high level of instruction in a fun college setting.

The USF Tennis Camp will provide detailed instruction in: stroke development, singles and doubles strategy, footwork and conditioning, sportsmanship and mental training. Each camper will be challenged with fun and exciting games as well as tennis drills that will dramatically improve his/her overall experience for the sport of tennis.

There will be two sites for the camp this year depending on the amount of sign-ups. If there are more than 15 people per session, the camp will be conducted at San Francisco State University. If there are less than 15 people per session, the camp will be conducted on the USF Cleary campus courts .*Direction is provided by Google Local.

Golden Gateway Tennis and Swim Club Tennis Programs are offered for members and non-members both private and group lessons are taught by experienced professionals. The Presidio Community YMCA's Junior Tennis program is for youth ages 4-18. USTA certified pros teach private and group lessons year round and emphasis is place on developing coordination, stroke development, game fundamentals and games strategy with a strong emphasis on FUN! All levels are welcome. Instruction is held after school hours and on the weekends. Week-long summer clinics are also available with full and half-day options. USTA Northern California Tennis Expo is July 4th in Alameda at Lower Washington Park off Westline Drive from 11am-3pm following the Alameda Fourth of July Parade.
